CBD Products

Exceptional quality CBD for sale is a thing of beauty and something that is extremely difficult to come by - especially in today's wildly oversaturated market. At Premium Jane, we believe in finely-crafted, USA-made products - which is why we've made some of the best products on the market. We source our entire range of CBD products from organic, non-GMO, domestically grown hemp that’s planted and cultivated in U.S. soil.

At Premium Jane, we have spent years perfecting and creating what we believe is the most concentrated, highly-potent, and physiologically active full-spectrum CBD for sale on the market. While other companies often “mix-and-match” CBD isolate with extracts from various strains of hemp seed, each and every batch of the Premium Jane collection contains a complete range of terpenes, flavonoids, and phytocannabinoids.

This not only provides users with the most effective end product, but it also allows our clients to take full advantage of the famous “entourage effect.” A biological phenomenon wherein the properties of herbal compounds are magnified and intensified when consumed together rather than as isolates.

Premium Jane offers four varieties of pure CBD online, all of which are crafted with an unrivaled level of care, expertise, responsibility, and professionalism.

Furthermore, we remain true to the basics by offering just what you need to experience the positive effects of CBD extract – nothing more, nothing less. Here are some of the key features that set us apart from other CBD brands.

  • Premium Jane CBD oils include phytocannabinoids and terpenes for maximized positive effect. This means that there is no CBD isolate, no crystals, no dried powders; nothing but the pure, full-spectrum extract of CBD-rich organic hemp. When you get CBD extract, you know you are getting the best.
  • Premium Jane softgel CBD capsules are made with the same organic, full-spectrum extract as our top-shelf tinctures, and are designed for individuals who prefer the easy administration of pills (and/or have trouble administering oil drops under their tongue). We do not compromise on cheap CBD. All our products are made from the same quality extract.
  • Our CBD gummies are our only product made from CBD isolate, meaning they are 100% THC-free. Also, they are vegan friendly.
  • Our premium topical CBD creams are infused with the same 100% organic hemp extract as our oils and CBD capsules. Designed for direct application to problematic areas.

Since we source our CBD from legal U.S. hemp farms here at Premium Jane, and have it routinely tested for both CBD and THC content, we are able to sell our high-quality CBD products online for people in all 50 states – with or without an MMJ card.

So what does this mean exactly for you, the potential buyer, when you go to buy CBD products or order CBD online?

Since we source all of our hemp products from legal Pilot Research farms in Oregon, this means that Premium Jane is operating well within the laws of the Farm Bill of 2014 and 2018. This gives you peace of mind while ordering a CBD product, no matter which state you reside in.

Moreover, all of our hemp CBD products are sourced from high-CBD plants that have been genetically selected to contain only the richest amounts of cannabidiol, terpenes, and other non-psychoactive phytocannabinoids. In fact, this is one of the significant distinctions that set Premium Jane apart from other brands, especially when you order CBD online.

And in terms of the extraction process, all of the CBD extract at Premium Jane is analyzed using state-of-the-art HPLC (high-pressure liquid chromatography) equipment. Our independently-contracted lab tests for not only CBD content, but also for the presence of pesticides, solvents, fertilizers, and other chemical residues.

If it doesn’t pass quality control, it never reaches our CBD online “shelves.”

And bear in mind, we don’t have to do any of this, yet we do it for you. So that we can offer you as much transparency and peace of mind that we possibly can.

No matter where you live in the U.S., you likely don’t have to drive far to find a “CBD hemp shop,” or a sign that says “CBD products for sale!” In fact, regardless of specific state-by-state laws, CBD is currently being sold in-store in nearly all 50 U.S. states.

So really, when it comes down to asking yourself the question “where can I go and buy CBD oil,” it’s not so much where you get your CBD products, but rather knowing what to buy and what to look for when comparing different products.

If you live in a “cannabis-friendly” state like California, etc., there are plenty of effective, high-quality CBD oils available in dispensaries that you can purchase for reasonable prices.

It’s when you start getting into “other” parts of the U.S. that it can become difficult trying to find a safe, reliable CBD extract.

If you’re looking for a good CBD oil shop and have been having a hard time finding one your area, you’re better off going with a reputable online seller. Most will also ship the products directly to your home.

And we’re not just saying that because we’re an online seller of natural CBD products. Whether you buy from us or some other brand, the most important thing is that you find a safe, effective, reliable product that works for your needs.

How to Order CBD in Online CBD Shop and Stores?

To order CBD is extremely simple and can be done with only a few clicks of your mouse. We’ve specially designed and created an intuitive online store that allows people from across the U.S. to view our wide range of CBD products and have them delivered within a few days.

We may not sell the cheapest CBD products online, but we definitely sell some of the finest. Still, if the price of our online CBD oil has got you a little taken aback, we can’t say that we blame you. Quality CBD is not cheap, and as a seller, we can tell you that it’s not cheap to make either.

In all reality, CBD price is one of those things that can give you a major headache and confuse you even more if you try and put much thought into it. You may find that you’ll go online, shop around for a few different brands and find one that costs $30 and another (seemingly identical) costs $120.

So how are you supposed to know what’s worth the price and what’s a complete scam? How should you know how to buy CBD products efficiently?

It’s one of those things where the age-old saying “you get what you pay for” comes into play. If two companies are selling a seemingly identical 500 mg bottle of CBD oil, but one of them is selling for $30 and the other for $130, there’s a reason why the $30 one is priced as low as it is.

More likely than not, if you find “cheap CBD oil” for sale online, it will likely have come from low-quality imported hemp (probably from India or China), and will contain very little – if any – active cannabidiol.

To sum it up, whether you decide to purchase from Premium Jane or not is completely up to you. Just remember to always go for the quality.

FAQ about CBD Products

CBD products: what are they?

CBD products are items that contain the cannabinoid CBD, or cannabidiol. Cannabidiol was discovered in the 1940s and it is one of more than a hundred cannabinoids that can be found in the cannabis plant.

CBD is derived either from a hemp source or a cannabis source. Hemp-derived CBD oil containing 0.3% THC or less is legally allowed in all of the United States since 2018, but cannabis-derived CBD, on the other hand, holds stricter state-by-state restrictions.

What can CBD do?

Unfortunately, there is not enough sufficient evidence from reputable studies for us to legally make any conclusions about CBD and what it is capable of doing. We can mention, however, that the pharmaceutical drug Epidiolex contains highly purified CBD and has shown to help with seizures.

It is important to note, however, that Epidiolex and CBD are still not the exact same thing, CBD is just one of the active ingredients within the medicine.

At the end of the day, it is important to see how CBD makes you feel and how it impacts you. Some consumers report feeling more balanced and with an overall sense of greater wellbeing.

Is it legal to consume CBD products?

So be it that the CBD product you are consuming is from hemp origins (hemp-derived) such as the products available on our site, then you can legally consume cannabidiol in all of the United States. That is because these products by law must contain 0.3% THC or less and hemp-derived CBD normally does.

Cannabis-derived CBD products, on the other hand, have varied restrictions, so it is best to check in with your state’s Department of Health to understand in greater depth whether or not you would be allowed to consume cannabis-derived CBD products. On a federal level, cannabis-derived CBD is still illegal.

If you discover your state has banned cannabis-derived CBD then the best alternative is to simply opt for hemp-derived options. These are said to have similar impacts and are readily available regardless of where you are located in the USA.

Does the FDA approve CBD products?

The FDA does not approve CBD products, aside from one prescription medication for the treatment of seizures called Epidiolex. The FDA claims that it has not approved CBD because not enough research exists regarding the substance and its effects.

The FDA does, however, regulate CBD in the same manner as it does for any other substance available for consumer purchase or consumption. This does not mean, though, that any CBD products have been evaluated for any medical conditions, and additionally the safety and efficacy has not been reviewed either.

For this reason, vendors can take advantage of customers by making outrageous, false claims about their products, while the quality might be altogether lacking. Before deciding on a CBD product, review third-party lab reports that the company supplies. These will show the purity of available products and whether or not they’ll be worth buying.

We always offer our lab reports for those who are interested, so feel free to reach out if they are needed.

How does CBD impact mood?

Because we are not doctors, we are legally not allowed to make any claims as to how CBD or cannabidiol impacts mood. We can mention, however, that CBD is said to help support a sense of calm for focus, as well as assisting in the management of day to day stresses and difficulties. Furthermore, it is said to help support healthier sleep cycles.

At the end of the day, decide for yourself how CBD impacts you; each human possesses a unique body chemistry which reacts differently depending on a number of distinct circumstances and internal conditions. Most of all, if you decide to take CBD, be sure to tell your doctor or medical practitioner about the decision and listen to their thoughts on the matter.

Is a license required for the sale of CBD products?

In short, no. A CBD brand does not need a license to sell CBD, however, the cultivators of the hemp do need a license. Additionally, all parties must be in compliance with the Hemp Farming Act of 2018, ensuring that any extracts contain 0.3% or less of THC, as is mandatory by law.

Extraction companies and farmers will normally need state licenses in order to cultivate hemp and to then later turn the plant into CBD extracts, but those specifically selling already made CBD products do not need to obtain a license.
