It highlights your available points, history, and much more.
How Can I Earn Points?
As a loyalty program member you earn points automatically for every dollar spent, for referring a friend, for sharing on social media and for writing a review. You can complete these activities in your loyalty dashboard in your account.
How Can I Check My Points Balance?
You can check your points balance at any time in your account at premiumjane.com/my-account.
How Do I Redeem Points?
You can redeem your points for a $10, $20, $50 or $100 coupon at any time via your loyalty dashboard in your account at premiumjane.com/my-account. You can also exchange your points for coupons at checkout.
How Do I Refer Friends & Family?
When you refer friends and family who make their first purchase with Premium Jane, you will receive 2000 points each (redeemable for a $20 coupon). You can invite your friends and family from your loyalty dashboard in your account.
How Long Are My Points Valid For?
Your points are valid forever. However, when you exchange them for a coupon, the coupon has a 90 day expiry date. We will send you an email reminder 7 days before any coupons expire.
