How to Use CBD Oil

Oils are used by measuring milligram amounts using a pre-calibrated dropper; simply fill the dropper by squeezing the top with the desired amount of CBD, disperse the oil under the tongue, and hold for 60-90 seconds before swallowing. Premium Jane CBD oil can also be added to your favorite meals and beverages.
How to Use CBD Capsules
CBD capsules are ideal for those on the go, or for those that want quick, convenient, precise doses of CBD. Premium Jane capsules are incredibly easy to use, and come in 25mg and 40mg formulas. Place a single capsule (one serving) in the mouth, and swallow whole with a glass of water.
How to Use CBD Topicals
Unlike our other products, CBD topicals are not for oral consumption. Instead, they are applied gently to the skin and allowed to absorb for maximized effect on localized areas of the body. Apply topical products with clean hands, and gently massage into the desired area. Topicals can be used on sore muscles, aching joints, or on dry, damaged skin.
