The Premium Jane Gummy Belts are a tasty way to take in your daily amount of Delat-8-tetrahydrocannabinol, also known as Delta-8. Because the chemical structures are almost identical, delta-8 causes similar effects to delta-9 in the human body. Each belt contains 50mg of Delta-8 and there are 5 belts per pouch, or 250mg total. If that seems like a lot, the strips are extremely easy to cut into smaller pieces. In fact, the labeling suggests that adults take one-fourth 1/4 of a gummy belt, which is about 12.5mg. Gummy belts work similarly to other edibles or ingested cannabinoid products. After thoroughly chewing and swallowing, the effects may begin to start within 30 minutes to 1 hour and can last for up to 6 to 8 hours. Larger amounts can result in prolonged or undesirable effects, so to avoid this I recommend that you start with smaller amounts and increase slowly over time.
