Why am I not feeling the same effect from your product as I did when I used it previously?

Everyone’s biochemistry is different, and furthermore, an individual’s biochemistry and endocannabinoid system is a constantly adapting and evolving network. The effects of consuming CBD may vary week to week, or even from day to day depending on what your body needs.

What about CBD Tincture? How do they compare to CBD oil?

For all intents and purposes, a CBD “oil” and a CBD “tincture” is the same thing. Just be wary of products made from hemp seeds, as seeds do not contain CBD — only the leaves and flowers of the plants do, which are the parts that we extract from.

There’s so much to choose from — what about full-spectrum CBD Tincture?

Research has suggested that full-spectrum CBD tincture may offer advantages over pure CBD isolate. This is because of a phenomenon known as the “entourage effect” – the appearance that CBD works better in the presence of other naturally-occurring hemp compounds, rather than by itself (regardless of potency).

Is the source of my CBD Tincture important too?

Absolutely. The source of your CBD oil should be of utmost concern, and here at Premium Jane, we source each and every one of our products from pure, natural, non-GMO USA-grown hemp. Simply the highest quality plants that are available.

Is it true that CBD Tincture from hemp isn’t as potent?

This is entirely false. In fact, most cultivars of organic industrial hemp will have a higher CBD content than medical marijuana strains, which are traditionally higher in THC. There are of course fantastic medical-grade CBD oils made from marijuana, but these products – unlike ours here at Premium Jane – are not legal in all 50 states (you need a medical card to acquire them).

But is CBD Tincture legal?

It depends on what it’s made from. In late 2018, an updated version of the U.S. Farm Bill was passed into law, legalizing hemp as a crop. All of our CBD tinctures here at Premium Jane are made from CBD-rich hemp, meaning we are able to offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states — without the need for a medical marijuana card.

Is CBD Tincture Psychoactive?

Not at all! Our specific variety of CBD-rich hemp is routinely tested for THC levels below 0.3%, meaning they will never, ever produce a psychoactive high.
