- 1 cup nut milk
- ½ tsp fresh peeled ginger
- 1 tsp fresh peeled turmeric
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1 drop CBD oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Combine all ingredients (except the maple syrup and CBD oil) in a blender. Blend on a low speed for 30 seconds, then allow to settle. Blend again for another 30 seconds. Pour all ingredients through a “nut milk” bag over a bowl, squeezing until all the liquid has passed through and only solid matter remains in the bag. Stir in the maple syrup and the CBD oil, then pour over ice. Serve immediately.
